Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the terms below carefully before requesting a return or exchange.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale or discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


2. Eligibility & Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The security strap must be fully intact and attached to the item.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and complete.

Important:
If the security strap is removed, broken, altered, or tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.


3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

    • UAE orders: AED 50

    • International orders: AED 120

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Inspection & Approval Process

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt.

A return will only be approved if:

  • The item is clean, unused, and unworn

  • The security strap is intact

  • The packaging is complete and undamaged

If the returned item does not meet these requirements, the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.


5. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued as a digital gift card sent to the customer’s registered email address.

  • Gift cards can be used anytime on the Haus Of Seasons online store and do not expire, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Value Calculation:

Item Price – Applicable Return Shipping Fee (AED 50 / AED 120)

  • Gift cards are issued after inspection approval.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after approval.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items with removed, damaged, or tampered security straps

  • Items that are used, altered, washed, damaged, or mishandled


7. How to Request a Return

After your order has been delivered, you may submit a return request through your user profile dashboard on our website.
