We deliver within the UAE and internationally where available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier, customs, or external factors.
Risk of loss and title transfer upon delivery to the customer.
Haus Of Seasons is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

Return Requests

Return or exchange requests may only be considered if:

You notify us within 7 working days of delivery
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item is unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase

Approved Returns

Store credit:

Is non-refundable and non-transferable
Must be used before its stated expiry date
May be applied toward full or partial payment of future purchases

7. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit:

Are redeemable only through official Haus Of Seasons channels
Cannot be exchanged for cash

Payments & Compliance

We accept Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED
We do not trade with OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law
Customers are responsible for retaining transaction records and complying with merchant policies
Users must maintain confidentiality of account credentials
